Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 30th January 2026
At Strategix Insights, our services are specialized, operational support for critical event launches.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered only if Strategix Insights fails to deliver the agreed services outlined in
the
written agreement or scope of work.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the scheduled service period.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Any services already performed, including work completed during pre-launch or live-launch windows.
- Any custom or time-based operational support once work has started.
- Services impacted by delays, changes, or incomplete inputs from the client.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
- Cancellations less than 10 business days before the scheduled support window may not be eligible for a
refund.
4. Refund Process
- Requests are reviewed and approved by Strategix Insights.
- Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 7 business days.
