By using Strategix Insights’ services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We provide operational event website support during compressed pre-launch and live-launch windows. This
includes:
- Speaker, agenda, and sponsor updates
- Registration setup, QA, and conversion checks
- Pre-launch and live-launch testing
- Rapid fixes during launch periods
- Short-term coverage for single or overlapping events
2. Scope & Limitations
- We do not provide branding-only work or design comps.
- Our services supplement, not replace, your in-house team.
- Services are focused on protecting ticket sales, sponsor trust, and launch-day performance.
3. Eligibility
You must be an authorized conference or event organizer with the authority to request our services.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event information.
- Ensure access to event websites and relevant platforms.
- Follow proper communication channels for requests.
5. Payments & Fees
- Fees for services will be outlined in separate agreements or quotes.
- Payment is due as specified in your agreement.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not received.
- Misuse of services occurs.
- Legal obligations require it.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Strategix Insights website, including text, layouts, service descriptions, processes,
and
materials, is the intellectual property of Strategix Insights unless otherwise stated.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written
permission.
- Unauthorized use of content may result in suspension of access or legal action.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
- Services are provided “as-is.”
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your events.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the
federal
laws of Canada applicable therein.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updates.
